WISSETT PINK 2006 - English Vineyards Quality Wine

A classic off-dry rose wine made from a blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown on gentle south-facing slopes at Valley Farm Vineyards, Wissett in deepest rural Suffolk; fresh English strawberries on the nose and summer berry fruits on the palate typical of the varieties; good with lamb, duck, shellfish, charcuterie and Suffolk cheese, but perfect just by itself! Serve slightly chilled.

A crisp dry white wine made from a blend of Auxerrois and Pinot Gris grapes grown on gentle south-facing slopes at Valley Farm Vineyards, Wissett in deepest rural Suffolk; hint of apples and vanilla on the nose, apricot, honey and citrus fruits on the palate with a long smooth finish; perfect with seafood, trout and summer salads, or, just by itself! Serve slightly chilled.

A dry sparkling wine bottle-fermented in the traditional manner and made from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Gris and Auxerrois grapes harvested from our oldest vines grown in the sheltered Clos Vineyard at Valley Farm, and it presents the fine mousse and biscuity flavours typical of those found in a bottle of classically produced fizz!

A light aromatic medium-dry white wine conjured from a blend of Madeleine Angevine and Pinot Gris grapes grown in a small sheltered valley at Valley Farm Vineyards, Wissett in deepest rural Suffolk; hints of elderflower on the nose and ripe pears and apricots on the palate; perfect when served slightly chilled as an aperitif or as accompaniment to spicy seafood and warm salads.
